Your trusted legal staffing partner.
At Abogados Americanos Staffing, we believe in unlocking talent across borders. Our team works remotely from cities and towns across Colombia, providing top-tier legal support to U.S.-based law firms. You’ll collaborate with professionals across time zones, get exposed to international legal systems, and build a career that’s global in impact—without ever leaving home. We value flexibility and trust, which is why we’ve built a work culture focused on performance, not presence.

We don’t expect you to know everything on Day One. That’s why every new hire receives structured, paid training to learn the tools, systems, and processes needed for success. But it doesn’t stop there. You’ll have access to supportive mentors, regular check-ins, and a growing library of resources designed to help you sharpen your skills. Whether you’re starting out in the legal field or taking your experience to the next level, we’re here to support your journey every step of the way.
At AAS, your work directly supports clients navigating some of the most stressful moments of their lives—accidents, injuries, and insurance claims. You’ll be helping U.S.-based personal injury firms build strong cases, organize medical records, communicate with clients, and manage deadlines that truly matter. Your attention to detail and care can make a real difference in whether someone gets the justice they deserve. Here, your work isn’t just busywork—it’s impactful, human, and meaningful.

We believe in fair, timely, and transparent pay. Our compensation is competitive for the Colombian market, and we’re always upfront about how payment works and what to expect. You won’t be left guessing. Plus, we take pride in treating all contractors with the respect and professionalism they deserve. At AAS, clarity and honesty aren’t just buzzwords—they’re part of how we build lasting, trustworthy relationships.
