The Abogados Americanos Client Referral Program is designed for professionals who work within or adjacent to law firms, medical practices, financial services firms, and other small businesses. 

If you know a business that could benefit from highly-qualified, pre-trained, affordable remote staff, send them our way. When your referral becomes a client of AAS, you get rewarded and your referrals gets the help they need to grow their business. It’s a win-win!  

 1. Refer a Business.

Make a warm intro via text or email and submit your referral through the AAS Client Referral Form. Referrals must be new to our firm and not already in active discussions.

2. We Connect & Place.

Our team will reach out to assess the referral’s needs, answer questions, and further qualify. If it’s a fit, we will set up an interview with our staff and then we will place one of our vetted remote professionals as soon as the client is ready to start. 

3. You Get Paid

Once the referred client signs an agreement and completes 60 days of active service with a placed candidate, you receive a referral bonus of $300 and up, depending on the type of staff size of the placement.
